Quality Control Support Tech– Lafayette

The Kirby Risk Service Center, a division of Kirby Risk Corporation specializing in the manufacturing of electrical wiring and control panels.
What You’ll Do as a Quality Specialist
In this role, you will assist the quality department in maintaining continuous improvement initiatives and sustaining quality certifications.

Requirements

• College level coursework or related field or 2+ years Quality work experience
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and adaptability to changing priorities
• Knowledge of statistical techniques and data analysis
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry of quality systems information
• Assists in training to production employees
• Supports departments to help improve quality, equipment and inspection of products.
• Collaborates with suppliers on quality improvement
• Analyzes material and final inspections for rejected parts
• Inspects raw and finished materials
• Analyzes and understands prints and specifications accurately
