About The Position

Interprint, Inc. is a designer and printer of décor paper used as the design layer in laminate surfaces such as countertops, flooring, furniture, store fixtures and a host of other applications. HOURS: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday with a 1-hour break for lunch. PAY RANGE: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Maintains and updates standard records within the Access database by accurately entering key information such as design name and number, approval date, tube location, and base paper specifications.
• Tracks all standards, assigns tubes, and collaborates closely with Quality Control representatives to ensure accuracy and alignment with customer requirements.
• Prepares production areas for upcoming work by organizing and delivering all required standards and last-run materials to the appropriate presses.
• Manages standard roll-ups by retrieving materials from Finishing to be assigned to standard tubes.
• Monitors the SAP system throughout the day to identify schedule changes related to standards and communicates updates to each press to ensure correct materials are in place.
• Coordinates daily shipping activities by packaging outturns and standard proposals and ensuring all FedEx shipments are prepared and dispatched by 3:00 PM.
