About The Position

A Quality Control Specialist is responsible for daily monitoring and reviewing operational procedures. The role's objectives include reviewing and measuring adherence to business and compliance processes and procedures performed by various business units within operations, such as bankruptcy, titles, and remarketing. While auditing, the specialist will also identify trends and provide detailed feedback to the business. Requirements

  • High School or GED required
  • Excellent oral, written communication and listening skills required
  • Strong attention to detail skills required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Must be comfortable working on site and have availability weekdays from 7am-4pm

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of auto finance preferred
  • Proficiency in excel preferred
