About The Position

DriveTime Family of Brands includes in-house financing and servicing through Bridgecrest, one of the country’s leading financial servicing providers. Bridgecrest services roughly $25+ billion in finance receivables for DriveTime and other third parties, servicing auto loans across a wide credit spectrum to create a strong path to vehicle ownership for customers. A Quality Control Specialist is responsible for monitoring and reviewing operational procedures daily, with objectives to review and measure the adherence of business and compliance processes and procedures performed by different business units within operations such as bankruptcy, titles, and remarketing. While auditing, the specialist would also identify trends and provide detailed feedback to the business.   • High School or GED required.
  • Excellent oral, written communication and listening skills required.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Must be comfortable working on site and have availability weekdays from 7am-4pm.

  • Knowledge of auto finance preferred.
  • Proficiency in excel preferred.
