About The Position

Responsible for the independent review, analysis, and validation of contract deliverables to ensure full compliance with contractual requirements, regulatory standards, and applicable codes. The position serves as a key authority in ensuring contract compliance and deliverable integrity, influencing acceptance decisions, identifying risks, and recommending corrective actions to maintain overall contract performance. The position plays a key role in ensuring contract performance integrity by verifying that all deliverables meet scope, documentation, and compliance expectations prior to acceptance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or facilities/construction oversight.
  • Experience reviewing, compiling, and drafting contract deliverables, including reports, documentation packages, and compliance submissions.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret contracts, specifications, and regulatory requirements and apply them independently.
  • Experience analyzing data, identifying trends, and making recommendations that impact operational or compliance outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with work order systems such as Maximo preferred.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to maintain the ability to access the government worksite.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license and a safe driving record, in accordance with company policy, to operate vehicles or equipment as required for the position.

  • Experience with work order systems such as Maximo preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Review and validate all contract deliverables for compliance with scope, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
  • Interpret contract requirements and applicable codes to determine acceptability and recommend approval, rejection, or revision.
  • Analyze reports, data, and documentation to identify deficiencies, risks, and performance trends.
  • Prepare concise compliance assessments and recommendations for management decision-making.
  • Track deliverables and performance metrics using CMMS (e.g., Maximo) and other systems.
  • Support and improve QA/QC processes, deliverable standards, and compliance procedures.
  • Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors to resolve discrepancies and ensure contract alignment.
  • Provide guidance on contract interpretation, documentation requirements, and compliance expectations.
  • Identify systemic issues and recommend process improvements to enhance contract performance. Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and contractual obligations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
