Hidden Talent is recruiting a senior-level Quality Control / Senior Technical Reviewer on behalf of Work Architecture to provide an experienced second set of eyes on projects. This role will support the team through technical review, quality assurance, redlining, and mentorship. This individual could work part-time, on a project basis, or as a contractor.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience within an architecture firm
  • Strong technical background in construction documents and detailing
  • Experience with quality control, specifications, and redline review
  • Comfortable working part-time or as a contractor
  • Strong understanding of building codes, constructability, and documentation

Nice To Haves

  • Architecture license preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Review drawings, specifications, and construction documents for accuracy
  • Redline plans and identify missing details, inconsistencies, and code concerns
  • Support Project Managers, Architects, and Designers with technical guidance
  • Help ensure projects are ready for permitting and construction
  • Assist with quality control and document coordination
  • Serve as a mentor and resource for younger team members
  • Help elevate the overall technical quality of work across the firm
