About The Position

Quality Control Roving Inspector Chester County, PA Hourly Rate: $20.00-$26.00 Shifts Available: 1st Shift 7:00AM-3:30PM 2nd Shift 3:00PM-11:30PM Responsibilities: Acts as a floor level quality resource for machinists and inspectors, supporting inspections, non conformance resolution, and continuous improvement in a regulated manufacturing environment Performs in process and final inspections across multiple machining cells to support quality standards for precision medical device components Responsible for blueprint reading and GD&T skills

Requirements

5+ years of quality experience in a precision machining environment
Strong blueprint reading and GD&T skills
Experience performing in process and final inspections
Proficiency using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and comparators
Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 13484 standards
Strong communication and problem solving skills

Nice To Haves

CNC or Swiss machining experience
Experience training or mentoring inspectors or production staff
Quality certifications (CQT, CQI, Six Sigma)
