About The Position

The Quality Control Representative is responsible for ensuring that work orders executed within the department or for a particular program meet reporting requirements established for the programs under review. The position will require working on multiple ongoing programs at any one time as well as working with the management. GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION • Review work orders to validate compliance • Monitor and balance work order load including quality cases • Work independently to identify and resolve problems with minimal assistance • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure appropriate project guidelines and standards are met • Other departmental responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Analytical, detail oriented and thorough
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Consistently sit or stand as needed to utilize a laptop, keyboard, mouse, monitor(s), etc.
  • Consistent ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.
  • Ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer.
