About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Car Wash Quality Control Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that every vehicle that passes through our car wash facility meets our high standards of cleanliness, appearance, and overall quality. You will oversee the final inspection process and ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining consistency and excellence in service delivery.

Requirements

Previous experience in a car wash, detailing, or automotive service environment is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
Knowledge of car care and cleaning techniques (preferred but not required).
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
Ability to work flexible hours, especially weekends, based on business needs.

Responsibilities

Vehicle Inspection: Conduct thorough post-wash inspections on every vehicle to ensure quality standards are met. This includes checking for dirt, streaks, water spots, and any areas that may need re-treatment.
Customer Experience: Ensure all vehicles are returned to customers in optimal condition, addressing any customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Process Adherence: Monitor car wash processes to ensure that all steps (pre-wash, wash, drying, detailing) are performed according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
Quality Feedback: Provide feedback to the car wash team on areas of improvement and guide employees in maintaining consistent quality standards.
Training: Assist in training new employees on quality control standards and techniques to ensure everyone follows best practices.
