Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or physical Sciences or equivalent technical experience.
• Four years of Management experience in QC/QA; engineering and technical support; or high-volume manufacturing, which may be concurrent with the nuclear experience
• Solid understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) per ANSI Y14.5
• Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint to generate reports, charts, spreadsheets, and presentations.

Nice To Haves

• Four years of nuclear experience (NQA-1)

Responsibilities

• Execute & Innovate: Develop and implement rigorous inspection strategies that catch deviations before they become problems.
• Lead the Team: Manage a high-performing staff responsible for executing the quality roadmap.
• Synchronize Operations: Coordinate with production teams to ensure design drawings and documentation are followed to the letter, keeping projects on track and on time.
