About The Position

The Quality Control – Offensive Support Assistant will help the offensive coaching staff prepare for practices and games by managing administrative tasks, organizing materials, and supporting video and data-processing efforts. This role is designed as an entry-level position to help newer staff members grow into more advanced quality-control responsibilities as they gain experience. Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education
  • At least four years of Division I FBS football playing and/or coaching experience
  • Experience with NCAA compliance rules
  • Working knowledge of NCAA recruiting rules, timelines, and compliance expectations
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with coaches, graduate assistants, and video staff in a supportive role
  • Ability to work some nights/weekends, as needed for practice, games, and video-review sessions

Nice To Haves

  • NFL playing and/or coaching experience
  • Previous Quality Control or Analyst experience at another collegiate institution in a full-time or GA role
