About The Position

Johnson Venture Management Solutions, Inc. (JVM Solutions) is recruiting Quality Control Personnel at the Artesia, NM site to conduct on-site clinical quality control inspections and report all findings directly to the Quality Control Manager (QCM) stationed at Glynco, GA. This position operates independently of the Artesia, NM Clinic Manager and reports ONLY through the QC chain to the QCM. This is a critical compliance role ensuring quality of health services at this training delivery point.

Requirements

  • Current, full, active, and unencumbered license as RN, PA, or Health Care Administrator certification; New Mexico state licensure required
  • Minimum three (3) consecutive years of professional healthcare experience
  • Within the last three (3) years, worked in a QC role OR demonstrated knowledge of commercial/government QC plans for a Health Unit, Urgent Care, Doctor's Office, or Emergency Department
  • Proficiency in oral and written communication in English; Microsoft Office; Government EMR
  • U.S. Citizen or alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence; DHS background investigation required

  • Prior federal healthcare quality assurance experience

Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality control inspections of a minimum 30% random sample of health unit services at this site
  • Report ALL inspection findings directly to the QCM at Glynco - NOT to the Artesia, NM Clinic Manager
  • Document all inspections, results, and corrective actions in the QC records file (Government property)
  • Assist the QCM in developing corrective action plans for identified deficiencies
  • Participate in follow-up inspections as directed by the QCM
  • Submit findings to QCM in time for the QCM to present to CO/COR/CMO by the 5th training day of each month
