About The Position

Quality Control Manager will oversee, facilitate and implement Quality Management System (QMS) for Yancey Engineered Solutions (YES), a division of Yancey Bros. Co. Primary Responsibilities: Oversee Quality Management System Maintain ISO 9001-2015 accreditation Process and file phase inspection procedures on custom fabricated fuel tanks and generator enclosures Track and record Quality Management metrics - Customer satisfaction surveys, Non-Conformance, Corrective Actions, Safety Track and record continuous improvement cards Set budgets and manage any warranty calls Travel to meetings, customer sites and vendors Additional Responsibilities: Participate in required safety program, and work in a safe manner Complete additional tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

• Knowledge of ISO 9001-2015
• Basic Computer skills to include Internet Explorer, Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point
• Must be able to comprehend, speak and write the English language.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the telephone
• Ability to read, analyzes, and communicate information - effectively ask and answer questions from customers, employees and upper management.
• Communicate to customers, employees and management in a professional and comfortable manner.
• Skilled in basic computer applications with required operating programs.
• Valid Class C Driver’s License and driving record acceptable to company standards are required
• Exhibit superior customer service skills, pride and ownership
• Bachelor's Degree and/or 5 years of experience in a Quality Role within Manufacturing or related experience within the industry.
