The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for inspecting, testing, and measuring components and finished products to ensure full compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements. This role plays a critical part in maintaining product quality, supporting continuous improvement, and upholding company standards.

  • Inspect, test, and measure components and completed products to verify conformance with engineering drawings and customer specifications.
  • Use precision measurement tools such as rulers, calipers, gauges, and micrometers to evaluate product dimensions and quality.
  • Approve or reject finished items based on inspection results.
  • Ensure all products meet company and customer quality standards.
  • Quarantine and document any materials or products that fail to meet specifications.
  • Communicate inspection findings with production, engineering, and other relevant teams.
  • Record and maintain accurate inspection and test data, including detailed documentation of results.
  • Perform incoming parts inspections to verify supplier quality.
  • Manage quality‑related communications with vendors, including issues related to nonconforming materials.
  • Maintain statistics and reports on rejected materials, failures, quality concerns, and vendor returns.
  • Oversee and maintain the calibration program for all in‑house test equipment and tools.
  • Ensure proper ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) controls are followed within manufacturing areas.
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards and inspection practices required.
  • Requires a minimum of 4 - 6 years of related experience
  • ASQ certification preferred.
