About The Position

Looking to join our team? Here’s what we’re looking for! At Speedway Motors, performance starts with precision. The parts we ship end up on race cars, hot rods, and builds across the country — and our Quality team makes sure every one of them meets the standard. We are looking to add Quality Control Inspectors to our team — one focused on CNC machining inspection and one focused on fabrication inspection. These roles are ideal for someone who understands how quality parts come together. You’ll work closely with machinists, fabricators, and production teams to verify that parts meet specifications and tolerances. Just as important, you’ll need the communication skills to call out issues when something isn’t right and work with the team to get them corrected. If you appreciate tight tolerances, clean welds, and parts that are built right the first time, you’ll fit right in with our team. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in precision, understands the details behind performance parts, and enjoys being part of a team that ensures Speedway customers receive parts they can trust. The right person for this role doesn’t just check parts — they help protect the craftsmanship and reputation behind everything Speedway Motors builds. We believe strongly in our company values and live them out each day! We work together as One Team across all departments, Choose Positivity in everything we do, put People First , encourage speaking up because You Have a Voice , and above all else we are Driven to Succeed . If you can embrace these values and they align with how you work, then we’d love to chat with you!
