Job Duties: Our Quality Inspection Technicians inspect and sort automotive parts into complying and non-complying categories. Employees use visual and measured inspection of automotive transmission components to make sure the parts meet quality standards. This is a warehouse setting, with candidates having to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Requirements
- Analytical, logical thought process and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to visually determine if it a part meets identified criteria (color, shape, size, other)
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Must be able to stand for 8 hours and lift 20 lbs.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Report each day on time
- Follow verbal and written instructions
- Perform product quality inspections to identify defects
- Ensure products meet customer specifications per work instructions
- Work with a sense of urgency
- Use basic measurement and hand tools as required
- Keep record of daily tasks
