What you’ll do Program and operate CMMs using CALYPSO and GearPro software to create measurement routines Interpret engineering drawings and translate them into CMM programs and inspection plans Perform inspections of parts and assemblies to ensure compliance with design tolerances and specifications Perform CMM data validation with hard gauging Record and maintain accurate inspection data and reports to support statistical process analysis Regularly inspect and maintain CMM machines to ensure accuracy and reliability Ensure the CMM maintains calibration Troubleshoot and resolve CMM-related issues as they arise Ensure traceability of measurements and maintain compliance with company quality management systems
