About The Position

Belcan is currently seeking a Quality Control Engineer (CMM Specialist) to support dimensional inspection and quality validation of turbine components. This role will utilize CMM programming and GD&T interpretation to ensure conformance to design specifications. Belcan provides a competitive pay and benefits package. Salary guidelines for similar roles at Belcan are 27.00 per hour. Requirements

• 3+ years of dimensional inspection experience
• Proficiency in CMM programming and GD&T (ASME Y14.5M - 2009).
• Experience with solid models (preferably NX).
• Strong shop math and problem-solving skills
• U.S. Citizenship required due to the nature of the wok.

Responsibilities

• Program and operate CMMs using PCDMIS
• Interpret GD&T for inspection planning
• Validate component conformance with design teams
• Document inspection results and support root cause analysis.
• Develop repeatable inspection workflows
