Everyone receives 3 flexible remote days per month and 6 additional Friday PTO days each year! And, we offer half-day Fridays - every Friday!

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with a penchant for anticipating and finding problems.
  • A passion and instinct for determining the cause of identified issues.
  • Critical thinking skills essential to developing thorough and complete test combinations into a comprehensive test plan.
  • Desire and ability to work independently as well as to collaborate with your team when supporting larger projects.
  • Comfort with multi-tasking and adjusting priorities in a dynamic work environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of EXL LifePro administration system and processes.
  • Knowledge of OnBase administration system and GTL workflows and processes.
  • Experience building and executing test cases in tools such as TestComplete, Selenium, Katalon, Appium, etc.
  • Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience working within an Agile framework.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with our web, mobile, and internal development teams, building and executing various test cases against multiple platforms to ensure accuracy.
  • Identify, document, communicate, and manage identified defects through resolution.
  • Handle production issues and provide user assistance as needed.
  • Utilize Jira and Confluence for tracking and documentation.
  • Work within an Agile framework to ensure efficient project management and delivery.
