We seek a highly motivated Quality Control Analyst I to join our Operations team. This position will be working in the Quality Control team to support all product testing activities from raw material to finish good product as well as product stability. Seeking a professional analyst that is quick wit, fast learner, organize, detail orient, and can juggle shifting priorities in a fast-paced and rapid growing company, while adhering to established protocols and procedures. All activities will be in compliance to ISO 13485/GMP requirements.

Requirements

  • A B.S./B.A. in molecular biology, biochemistry, cell biology or related field with 1-2 years of industry laboratory experiences preferability in a Quality Control laboratory.
  • Experience in molecular biology techniques
  • Detail oriented, organized, and efficient
  • Strong team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working in ISO 13485 and GMP environment preferably in QC processes.

Responsibilities

  • Perform analytical/functional testing for in-process and finish goods on manufactured products.
  • Perform analytical/functional testing on incoming raw materials.
  • Perform product testing to support product stability/dating.
  • Review data and assess against established acceptance criteria.
  • Record QC data in logs and spreadsheets for trending.
  • Revise and update QC testing procedure and documentation as needed.
  • Prepare QC reference test materials per established procedures.
  • Assist in performing incoming inspection and visual inspection of manufactured products activities.
  • Perform equipment and laboratory maintenance activities
  • Perform testing on non-routine samples to establish QC specifications.
  • May assist in troubleshooting testing of reagents.
  • May participate in test method validation
