Focuses on the administrative and reporting aspects of the company's quality assurance program, including managing records, analyzing data, and dispositioning quality issues under supervision. Is also hands-on and assists the Quality Manager with implementing new QA systems, internal and external audits, record-keeping, and training programs to ensure company products and services meet established quality standards and regulations. Can assist with performing Quality Control testing and inspections to prevent defects and ensure customer satisfaction.
