About The Position

The Company: Pacific Aerospace & Electronics (PacAero) is seeking a Quality Administrator to join our team. PacAero is primarily located in Wenatchee, WA with a remote manufacturing site, Bonded Metals, located in Sequim, WA. Working together, we employ proprietary technologies, best practices engineering, and specialized manufacturing techniques to produce hermetic connectors and electronic packaging that perform in the world’s most extreme environments. PacAero’s products are hard at work in medical components, such as cardiac-function devices, on key aerospace & defense programs, in space and deep below the earth's surface. The Position: Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6am to 2:30pm Job Summary Performs the responsibilities below to ensure customer satisfaction and activities related to continual improvement of the Quality Management System.

Responsibilities

  • Work cooperatively with all employees.

  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
  • Observe safety regulations and follow protective equipment requirements.
  • Report hazardous observations to your lead or supervisor.
  • Comprehend and follow all parts handling requirements.
  • Quality Management Systems (QMS) maintenance.
  • Assist Quality Manager in establishing, implementing and maintaining the QMS.
  • Assist Quality Engineers with day-to-day activities.
  • Assist Quality Engineers in creating company quality documentation (Quality Manual, QPs, AWPs, SOPs, etc.)
  • Continuously improve all QC inspection processes and procedures.
  • Preparations and review of completed QC documents and reports, Inspection reports, AS9102 first article reports, Key Characteristic data reports, etc.
  • Willing to adapt work schedule to company needs.
  • Interface with Engineering and Manufacturing to ensure transfer of new products to Production is in accordance with internal and customer requirements.
  • Assist Quality Engineering in analyzing failures, corrective and preventive actions to respond to customer complaints and containments.
  • Support the Quality Inspectors to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the QMS.
  • Review and approve disposition of NCRs as QC representative of MRB.
  • Host internal RMA meetings and disposition NCRs.
  • Review and approve shipment data packages as submitted by Final Inspectors.
