About The Position

US Conec is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Administrative Analyst to support and strengthen product quality processes across the lifecycle of precision-engineered components and assemblies. In this role, you will develop, maintain, and audit quality documentation, standards, and records for molded and assembled products. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Suppliers to ensure accurate reporting, compliance with quality requirements, and timely resolution of nonconformances. By leveraging your expertise in quality data analysis, documentation control, and process coordination, you will help uphold performance, reliability, and regulatory standards—directly supporting our mission to deliver world-class interconnect solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal customers.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities or processes.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to interpret technical instructions presented in written or diagram form.
  • Proficiency in reading, analyzing, and interpreting business documents, and technical procedures.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals, and to present information effectively to managers, employees, and other audiences.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

  • Researches, writes, and develops procedural and technical documentation related to quality control processes.
  • Creates, edits, formats, and maintains documentation and training materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
  • Uploads and manages controlled documents and training records within company systems.
  • Coordinates document review and approval processes for new and revised materials prior to release.
  • Communicates documentation changes, updates, and approvals to ensure affected personnel are informed and compliant.
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders to gather technical information and validate process data used in documentation.
  • Works under general supervision while exercising independent judgment and initiative in completing assigned tasks.
