About The Position

The Quality Contract Compliance Coordinator is committed to supporting Louisiana Bridge Builders by managing, tracking, and reporting compliance with contractual, regulatory, and project management requirements to prevent noncompliance events (NCE).  This position does not perform construction inspections or technical quality control activities.

  • At a minimum, the Quality Contract Compliance Coordinator must have a bachelor’s degree in a related field of study along with 3+ years of related quality experience as it relates to contract compliance, document control, project administration, or quality management systems and a strong understanding of contract requirements and management plans.
  • In lieu of a bachelor’s degree or certification, the Quality Contract Compliance Coordinator may qualify through equivalent combinations of education, certification, and experience such as a high school diploma, or equivalent, along with a minimum of 7+ years of related quality experience as it relates to contract compliance, document control, project administration, or quality management systems and a strong understanding of contract requirements and management plans.

Nice To Haves

  • ISO 9001 IRCA Certification, proficiency with document management systems and reporting tools, and experience in the implementation of the ISO 9001 standard on Quality Management System and working with Design-Build projects and/or the construction industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the preparation of the Project Quality Management System documents.
  • Maintain, organize, and verify project compliance documentation and quality records to ensure alignment with contractual obligations and internal procedures.
  • Develop and maintain compliance verification for the different project management plans.
  • Participate in and coordinate verification actions for noncompliance events associated to the Contract and management plans.
  • Compile comprehensive reports detailing quality performance, highlighting trends, and suggesting corrective actions and lessons learned.
  • Collaborate in the digitalization of quality records.
  • Conduct training activities on the quality management system for the project team.
  • Participate in audits carried out on the Project Quality Management System.
  • Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
