Essential Job Functions: Ability to travel up to 50% Resolves complex internal and external issues. Assists with training and program development while also training and mentoring other employees. Provide operational support to the Management Team by providing new ideas and process improvements to ensure efficient and effective workflow. Maintain solid pharma/supplier relationships. Other duties and projects as required and assigned. Performing audits and managing daily/monthly metrics and ensuring compliance utilizing computer applications to record data accuracy Word, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint, etc Create, write, and revise SOP’s and work instructions in accordance to business requirements Ability to objectively audit sites according to SOP’s and WI’s following audit methodology Administers the inventory quality strategy to define acceptable quality levels, storage requirements, expiration management, and protocols specific to clinical settings. Monitors quality issues, non-conformance, and/or deviations within the inventory quality control department.

Requirements

  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Pharmacy Technician license may be required based on specific assigned State requirement
  • Minimum of 1 year or greater experience preferred in a similar Specialty pharmacy role and experience performing audits and managing daily/monthly metrics and ensuring compliance
  • Has exemplified leadership abilities
  • Experience in training others on processes, policies and procedures.
  • Satisfactory performance and attendance/punctuality for minimum of 1 year.
  • Demonstrates effective communication with internal and external customers
  • Demonstrates flexibility in handling business needs/challenges
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office
  • Demonstrate competency in SAP functions utilized for running reporting
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Able to apply mathematical concepts to inventory functions.
  • Above average typing/data entry skills.
  • Must be able to learn and utilize computer applications to communicate information and to record data accurately (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint, etc).
  • High level knowledge of standard operating procedures and work instructions
  • This position requires solid organizational skills, ability to prioritize, manage time efficiently, and accurately keep records
  • Proven analytical skills.
  • Able to work independently to solve complex issues.
  • Train others and serve as a resource inside and outside of the department
  • Must be able to lift 50-70 pounds.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and twist for several hours at a time.
  • Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and balance.
  • This position can be physically demanding.
  • Ability to work individually or in a team setting with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to stay calm in stressful environments.
  • H.S. Diploma or equivalent.
