The Quality Compliance, Incident Specialist (QCIS) with the support of the Vice President of Quality Improvement and Corporate Compliance and the Director of Quality Improvement and Corporate Compliance, supports the integrity and effectiveness of agency documentation and investigative process. This role is responsible for coordinating the review of billing-related Life Plans/Staff Action Plans, CFA/Hab Plans, and ensuring all documentation meets regulatory standards
