Quality Compliance and Testing Technician

Minova—an international manufacturer known for safety, quality, and continuous improvement—is hiring a direct-hire Quality Compliance and Testing Technician on 1st shift in Tooele, Utah. What success looks like You perform routine quality testing and inspections exactly to standard You help maintain and strengthen the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System You assist internal audits and help ensure conformance across processes You complete precise documentation, test records, and formal reports You analyze quality data to uncover trends and drive action You support investigations into customer complaints and collaborate on corrective actions You coordinate scheduled calibration for gauges, scales, and test equipment You work closely with production so requirements are clear—and met You champion ideas that improve quality, efficiency, and cost
Requirements
- Experience in a quality, lab, or manufacturing environment (preferred)
- Knowledge of quality control processes, testing, and documentation
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards (plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to follow procedures, specifications, and safety rules
- Comfort working with data and writing reports
- Clear communicator and collaborative team player
