About The Position

This role owns WFS Quality and Governance for Pre Hire Appointments across 84 nodes, serving approximately 800,000 candidates annually. Operating at the intersection of compliance, operational excellence, and candidate experience, this position requires a strategic and autonomous operator who can drive standards across geographically dispersed operations. The Field Quality Business Process Manager leads network-wide quality initiatives and sets quality strategy across the Workforce Staffing organization. This role owns day-to-day process excellence and drives long-term strategic improvement. The manager designs quality solutions across the US network and serves as subject matter expert for international quality initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon experience

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

Responsibilities

  • Leads end-to-end delivery of quality and compliance programs, balancing tactical execution with strategic planning.
  • Handles complex problems, decisions, and escalations — including compliance risk, candidate experience failures, and operational gaps. Identifies simplified, scalable solutions.
  • Mitigates long-term risks across business priorities, makes trade-offs between short- and long-term needs. Clears blockers with the right resources and escalates when appropriate.
  • Drives use of best practices across field teams to force multiply impact across the network.
  • Writes and presents strategic narratives to leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Drives measurable improvement in NHE compliance rates, Day 1 conversion, candidate experience scores, and cost-per-hire metrics.
  • Identifies systemic root causes of quality gaps and designs scalable governance solutions
