Job Title : Quality Audits and Systems Manager Reporting To: Group Quality Director - SDG Work Schedule: Onsite – Buffalo, NY To be considered for the Quality Audits and Systems Manager, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or other similar degree programs. Extensive QMS experience with deep, practical knowledge of the AS9100 or background in other highly regulated industries such as automotive (IATF 16949) or medical device (ISO 13485). Minimum of 7 years of experience in Quality Systems, Internal Auditing, or Compliance within a multi-site organization. Demonstrated experience leading audits. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong analytical, prioritization, and multi-site coordination skills. Proficiency in quality tools (e.g., 8D, A3, 5-Why, Fishbone, Fault Tree). This position also requires the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance. As a Quality and Systems Manager, you will: Govern Quality-related QMS processes across multiple Space and Defense Group sites, harmonizing processes where feasible, to ensure sustainability, scalability, and high-quality outcomes. Select and lead multi-site initiatives to modernize and optimize QMS processes, tools and methods. Own and manage the SDG internal audit program across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with regulatory, customer, and QMS requirements. Lead and execute internal audit strategy, schedule, procedures, and tools. Train, mentor, and qualify internal auditors to ensure consistent audit execution. Perform internal audits across multiple sites. Provide clear, constructive, and actionable finding to site leadership and functional teams. Partner with site leaders to ensure timely and effective resolution of corrective actions. Prepare metrics, dashboard, and management reports. Promote a strong quality culture by reinforcing expectations and driving consistently across sites. Travel up to 25%

Requirements
