Requirements

  • Available for any shift.
  • Able to lift 35 pounds.
  • Work jobs that have repetitive motion.
  • Implement and follow safe work practices and rules.
  • Able to prove they have a right to work in the United States.
  • Successfully pass a physician’s examination, drug screen and background check.
  • Willing to have a baseline audiometric test
  • Sufficient work experience to be successful on the job

  • Prefer high school graduate or GED.

Responsibilities

  • Performs quality assurance testing as required in the test plan following Q.W.I for methodology.
  • Performs additional testing as required by Q.W.I or supervisory personnel.
  • Reviews production orders or schedules to ascertain product data such as types, quantities and specifications of plastic containers to coordinate department operations.
  • Observes and records production operations.
  • Actively participates in monthly shift meetings and employee training sessions.
  • Ensures priorities and sequences for manufacturing products are followed.
  • Inspects machines and equipment to ensure specific operational performance and optimum utilization.
  • Seeks methods to improve standard operational and working practices.
  • Observes workers, molding machinery, and conveyors to ensure compliance with safety standards and operating efficiency.
  • Compiles stores and retrieves production information.
  • Coordinates with vendors and production personnel for parts, tooling, equipment and machinery.
  • Communicates the results of any testing that pertains to non-conforming product
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Follows all safety rules and procedures and observes the operations to ensure a safe environment.
