About The Position

The Quality Auditor role is responsible for ensuring the timely, accurate, and compliant processing of materials and documentation within the warehouse system. This position supports quality assurance processes by maintaining records, verifying data accuracy, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards. Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data handling
• Basic administrative and record-keeping skills
• Ability to follow standardized processes and quality procedures
• Good communication skills
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must be able to pass a drug screening

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a quality, clerical, or warehouse environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies, OSHA regulations, and standard work procedures at all times
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of materials in accordance with quality standards
• Maintain and organize documentation, including filing and archiving of required records
• Verify data accuracy and support quality control processes within assigned areas
• Report all deviations, discrepancies, or damages immediately
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen activities
• Maintain 5S standards within assigned work areas
• Follow emergency procedures and protocols as required
• Support inventory processes, including year-end inventory activities
