To ensure the growth and development of our new hires, this position is eligible for a 90 Day Evaluation that includes a pay increase if key performance indicators are met. As a Production Associate, you will work in a fun, team-oriented environment, operating production equipment and performing a variety of tasks. Your strong attention to detail and safety orientation would play a key role in producing the printed circuit boards. We offer training for those that have never worked on printed circuit boards.
Requirements

- Strong administrative and computer skills required with proven experience processing detailed paperwork efficiently and correctly.
- Must be able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Regular attendance is an essential job function of this position.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
Nice To Haves
- Previous PCB manufacturing experience a plus.
Responsibilities
- Verify all part conformance, documentation, and traceability
- Verify compliance to requirements of the purchase order
- Generate Certificate of Conformance
- Generate serial number cheek sheets
- Compile deliverable items to ship to the customer
