About the role Job Summary The Quality Team Lead is responsible for supervising professional-level staff in the execution of day-to-day quality assurance activities. This includes setting operational objectives, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and resolving routine quality issues. This job profile is intended for People Managers of 4+ professional-level roles.

Requirements

• Typically requires a technical degree and several years of relevant work experience to be able to manage and coordinate one or more professional-level teams.
• Knowledge of quality assurance practices and tools.
• Supervisory and coaching skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Effective communication and documentation abilities.
• Familiarity with manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily quality assurance operations and staff.
• Set team objectives and monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory quality standards.
• Investigate and resolve routine quality issues.
• Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
