We are seeking a Quality Auditor II - Lab to support our quality operations and ensure consistency across all manufactured products. Reporting to the Quality Manager, this role is responsible for conducting laboratory testing, inspections, and analysis to maintain high-quality standards across production. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is a plus)
  • 3+ years of experience in a quality or lab environment (manufacturing preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Solid analytical thinking and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on setting

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and specialized testing on raw materials and finished products
  • Ensure all testing follows established RS methods and quality standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe lab environment
  • Inspect incoming materials and components for quality compliance
  • Conduct destructive testing and sample evaluations as required
  • Record and track results using Microsoft Office, Epicor, and internal systems
  • Prepare clear, detailed reports for internal stakeholders, including the Chief Chemist
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Purchasing on new products and supplier quality
  • Calibrate testing equipment and maintain accurate documentation
  • Support inspections across production, including pre-production and final checks
  • Identify and communicate quality issues and discrepancies
  • Assist with documentation, standards, and cross-functional support as needed
