Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Quality Control experience preferred.
Effective written and oral communication.
Basic Algebra skills.
Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Safety mindset.

Responsibilities

Understand and be proficient in Barcoding Program and CDC Quality Program.
Thoroughly document any changes from approved procedures and specifications.
Identify any corrective actions taken.
Responsible for auditing all receiving docks, shipping docks, warehouse areas, labeling lines, labeling supplies, frozen packaging supplies, frozen packaging lines, and dent storage.
Prepare reports on all audit and problem-solving activities.
Assist with the sampling of warehoused product for Lakeside Foods and customer evaluations.
Moderately perform Quality Control functions in Frozen Packaging Department.
Adhere to all Lakeside Foods policies and procedures.
