JOB DETAILS: Starting Base Salary: $19.00 per hour, plus $1 per hour shift differential Shift: 2nd Shift 5:00pm through 3:30am Monday-Friday (Saturday based on business need) Perform in-process and final inspections on window components and assemblies using measuring tools and visual standards Document and report inspection findings and non-conformances; escalate critical issues to supervisors and managers Conduct audits on raw materials, production processes, and finished products to ensure adherence to specifications Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality-related issues Use gauges, calipers, tape measures, and other tools to verify measurements and tolerances Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections, test results, and quality data Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality concerns and promote best practices Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S, Lean, and Kaizen events Assist with training new employees on quality procedures and inspection techniques Support the standardization of the department through the creation and revision of procedural documentation. Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical certification in Quality, Manufacturing, or related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in a quality inspection or technician role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and tools
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or other quality systems a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills
  • Able to use basic measurement equipment and computer systems
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
