The Quality Assurance Technician plays a key role in ensuring all products meet strict quality and food safety standards. This position supports daily quality operations, verifies product integrity throughout production, and helps identify and resolve issues before they impact finished goods. Key Responsibilities Monitor production for quality and food safety concerns and stop production when critical issues arise Maintain and update Quality Assurance procedures within the Quality Management System Review documentation, analyze test results, and provide accurate interpretations to support operational decisions Perform in-process and finished product quality verifications, including required checks like metal detection Document, track, and transfer Non-Conforming Materials in the ERP system Support internal audits, maintain cleanliness and SQF compliance, and train team members on quality best practices Assist with quality-control equipment maintenance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure daily quality expectations are met Highlights: Enjoy competitive pay, excellent benefits, and a schedule that gives you half the year off.
