The Quality Assurance Technician participates in the design, creation, implementation and monitoring of programs and methodologies to ensure that company products meet established specifications, design criteria, quality standards and customer requirements. The primary function is to support the product release department reviewing device history/batch records for compliance to internal procedures. This individual will make sure the requirements for release of the product are met. Focused on bolstering their throughput for the Product release department Additional Support: This individual might be asked to provide information in terms of a metrics tracking systems (how many they have reviewed and errors they are finding). If they find issues they need to be able to communicate to the floor and seek out corrections and negotiate the actions that need to be performed
