The Quality Assurance Technician will support food safety and GMP regulations within our prep kitchen and blast chill environments. Quality Assurance Technicians are expected to hold themselves to a high level of quality, accuracy, and food safety guidelines. Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to Perform CCP checks that include cooking and cooling product temperatures Accurately complete all required documentation including CCP records Handle Pre-operational inspections Perform environmental and food contact surface sampling Confirm accuracy checks on thermometers Perform dish inspections for cleanliness Follow strict GMP inspections Perform chemical titrations Authority to stop the kitchen from running if the process is causing a food safety concern
