Responsibilities

  • Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications
  • Perform visual and precision dimensional inspections using various tools and equipment
  • Conduct product testing and accurately record results in required systems
  • Monitor equipment and processes to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
  • Identify and report safety, quality, or environmental concerns, including near misses
  • Complete documentation for material release, shift reports, and quality records
  • Prepare certificates of analysis and support product release activities
  • Verify calibration of measuring and testing equipment
  • Support in-process quality checks and collaborate with production and maintenance teams
  • Assist with audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Communicate effectively across shifts to ensure alignment and issue resolution
  • Educate and support team members on quality standards and procedures
  • Represent the quality system during customer tours and audits
