About The Position

As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will analyze finished product and raw materials to ensure all quality specifications are met. Communication of testing results to QA Coordinators and Production Supervisors.

Requirements

• HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT
• MUST SPEAK AND READ ENGLISH
• ABILITY TO FOLLOW, READ, AND WRITE VERBAL AND WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS AND COMMUNICATION

Responsibilities

• Conduct product analysis for seasoning level, moisture, oil absorption, and salt / glucose / lactose level using various testing equipment and techniques.
• Gluten testing
• Dimensional measurements of product
• Proper use of laboratory equipment
• Computer use required
• Document product analysis results
• Communicate any out of specification results after testing in an extremely timely manner.
• Sensory evaluation of finished product.
• Free Fatty Acid level in used oil, including collecting oil samples from fryers.
• Communicate use or acceptance of oil dependent on results
• Potato defect testing & reporting.
• Document results of testing
