About The Position

The Quality Assurance Technician II plays a key role in supporting Regal Rexnord customers by resolving post-shipment issues, including missing or damaged shipments and product-related warranty claims. This position works closely with both customers and internal Regal Rexnord teams to investigate issues, facilitate timely resolutions, and ensure a positive customer experience. As an advocate for continuous improvement, the Quality Assurance Technician II partners with quality, sales, operations, and finance teams to support process enhancements and implement solutions that strengthen product quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of related technical experience
  • Experienced Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, O365.
  • Language: English required.
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Customer service experience related to industrial manufacturing preferred.
  • Experience with Oracle or another ERP software preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales teams, manufacturing plants, warehouses, and customers to deliver a high level of customer service and efficiently resolve quality- and warranty-related inquiries.
  • Enter and manage return authorizations, no-charge replacement orders, and credit orders, with a primary focus on warranty and quality processes.
  • Coordinate with customers on the return of samples or rejected lots to support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with Accounts Receivable to research, resolve, and close warranty-related deductions and check discrepancies.
  • Ensure return and credit orders are accurately entered, with close attention to detail to confirm credits and deductions align correctly.
  • Participate in ongoing process improvement efforts, including system conversion testing, Kaizen events, and providing feedback to enhance quality and customer experience.
