Position Summary: This individual is responsible for all QA and Lab functionality including Inspections, Testing, Internal Audits, Document Control, and KPI’s.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 17025.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- High School Diploma.
- 0-2 years of experience in a laboratory or test setting.
- Lift up to 30 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Testing Administer and be able to perform testing parameters as outlined in: ANSI Z87.1 MIL-PRF-32432 MCEPS (Ballistics)
- Perform and document product inspections at various stages, i.e.: Inline, Incoming, etc.
- Maintain appropriate scrap records/KPI’s and monitor performance.
- Conduct Lot Acceptance Testing (LAT), including sampling.
- Maintain nonconforming product process and disposition products as required.
