  • Conduct quality checks on incoming raw materials and finished milk products.
  • Perform regular inspections of production processes to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Monitor and document equipment calibration and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with production teams to address any quality-related issues promptly.
  • Implement and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Participate in internal audits and assist with external audits as needed.
  • Record and analyze data and prepare reports on quality metrics.
  • Help in the development and execution of quality improvement initiatives.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Additional relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Previous experience in quality assurance or a similar role in food production is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with quality control procedures and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Flexibility to work the specified shift and occasionally on weekends if required.
