Four Hands is looking for an innovative and experienced Quality Assurance Team Lead for our Technology team who will develop, plan, execute, and manage our test processes, strategies, and plans. The ideal individual will establish our testing standards and procedures to meet and exceed the quality standards of each project and our organization. This role will partner cross-departmentally within Four Hands to ensure QA success.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in test management for enterprise-level, multi-system initiatives
  • 5+ years in quality management with proven leadership and mentoring capabilities
  • Hands-on expertise in manual and automation testing including Playwright /Selenium and other Automation tools
  • Experienced in API testing (Postman, /Rest Assured) and performance testing tools
  • Strong experience with AI-driven testing tools and emerging AI technologies
  • Skilled in building and implementing automation frameworks from scratch
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and test management tools (Jira, BrowserStack tools)
  • Experience in testing ERP (D365), CRM (Salesforce), EDI, EDW, PLM, TMS, WMS (Infios), and Web platforms
  • Proficient in SQL queries and database
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, aligning QA goals with business and technical teams
  • Defines and enforces specific, measurable QA KPIs to ensure consistent quality delivery

Responsibilities

  • Quality Systems & Process Management Establish and maintain quality and reliability testing procedures aligned with organizational standards
  • Continuously refine QA processes to improve efficiency and consistency
  • Manage departmental budgets and forecasts for testing services
  • Testing Strategy & Execution Define team-wide testing strategies, objectives, and measurable metrics
  • Lead the team in developing test cases aligned with requirements, constraints, and project goals
  • Plan and execute software tests by selecting appropriate testing approaches for each project
  • Utilize automation tools where appropriate to enhance accuracy and speed
  • Risk Management & Issue Resolution Proactively identify and mitigate testing risks such as defects, bottlenecks, or capacity constraints
  • Collaborate with Development teams to ensure clear defect reporting and timely resolution
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Project Managers to allocate resources and set realistic QA timelines
  • Work with Developers and other stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and test plans
  • Communicate testing progress, risks, and needs clearly across teams
  • Tools, Environment & Optimization Ensure QA testers have the tools, software, and environments they need for effective testing
  • Monitor project status and adjust testing processes or resource allocation as needed
  • Leadership and Team Management Lead and mentor a team of sales support managers to deliver results aligned with Four Hands' strategic objectives
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, encouraging idea sharing and best practices
  • Foster individual growth and skill enhancement through regular feedback, training sessions, and professional development opportunities
  • Monitor progress towards goals through regular check-ins and performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and guidance
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team members to analyze performance outcomes, identify areas for enhancement, and propose innovative solutions.
