SUMMARY OF THE JOB: Reporting to the Manager, Commercial Operations & Quality Assurance, the incumbent is responsible for establishing and leading a centralized Quality Assurance function within Analytics & Operations. This role serves as the primary subject matter expert for operational quality, procedure governance, and audit coordination. The Team Lead ensures consistency, risk mitigation, and operational sustainability by shifting quality ownership to a dedicated function focused on prevention.
