About The Position

Plans, coordinates, and directs quality program designed to ensure quality control and quality assurance of the production of products consistent with established standards by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate Team Leads.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• NDT Level II certification required
• 10+ years industry experience in NDT inspection
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
• Intermediate experience/knowledge with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI)

Responsibilities

• Plans and oversees the analysis, inspection, design and test to assure the quality of assigned product or component.
• Performs quality engineering reviews of design documentation for compliance with stated requirements, including vendor quality manuals and company quality records.
• Applies statistical process control (SPC) methods for analyzing data to evaluate the current process and process changes.
• Directs workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, and products.
• Formulates and maintains quality objectives complimentary to corporate policies and goals.
• Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation.
