About The Position

Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily quality assurance activities, including inspections, testing, and documentation to ensure compliance with food safety standards (FDA, USDA, HACCP, GMP, SQF, and company policies). Lead, train, and mentor QA team members to promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Monitor production processes to ensure product quality, conduct root cause analyses on non-conformances, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Maintain and review quality records, audit documentation, and compliance reports to ensure accuracy and readiness for internal and external audits. Partner with Production, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to resolve quality issues and improve product consistency and performance. Support third-party, customer, and regulatory audits, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of findings. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in food manufacturing quality assurance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership capacity. Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, food safety regulations, and quality management systems (SQF or similar). Proven leadership and team development skills, with the ability to coach and motivate diverse teams. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management or ERP systems. Requirements
