About The Position

We are the leader in our industry and a growing recession-proof business looking to add a Quality Assurance Supervisor to our fire and contents cleaning division . We seek a solid team mate who will be extremely dependable, trustworthy, coachable/trainable, can work with technology, a team player, and has an eye for quality work and details. This person will report to our Fire Division Contents Manager and be responsible for the following: On-Site Soft Laundry aka "soft goods" Collection Drive to loss sites in a company vehicle to collect all affected soft goods (clothing, linens, textiles, rugs, etc.). Pack out items in a clean, organized, and systematic manner to ensure smooth processing once returned to our cleaning facility. Handle items carefully and professionally, often in environments impacted by fire, water, soot, smoke, or other loss conditions. Cleaning Facility Sorting & Inventory Sort incoming soft goods by category, material, severity of damage, and cleaning requirements. Accurately inventory and document items using company software and technology (training provided). Maintain clear labeling and organized staging of all items to ensure efficient workflow. Cleaning & Processing Work alongside the laundry/contents team to ensure cleaning, deodorizing, and restoring soft goods using industry-standard equipment and processes. Monitor cleaning cycles, quality, and deadlines to ensure timely completion and schedules are met. Finishing & Quality Control Perform finishing tasks such as ironing, pressing, folding, steaming, and hanging garments. Conduct final inspections to ensure all items meet company quality standards before packaging and returning to the customer.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy; comfortable using tablets, apps, and inventory systems (training provided).
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and at times independently in both warehouse and field environments.
  • Must be reliable, self-motivated, and physically able to routinely lift up to 50 pounds and move soft goods in and out of a company van and around the cleaning facility.
  • Comfortable entering homes that may be cold, dusty, soot-filled, or otherwise affected by loss (proper PPE provided).
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
  • Professional appearance and customer-first mindset.
  • Willingness to learn industry-specific cleaning and restoration methods.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude while helping customers through stressful situations.

Nice To Haves

  • Bi-Lingual would be a HUGE plus!
  • Experience with cleaning laundry or other general cleaning would be helpful but not required.
