About The Position
The Quality Assurance Supervisor at Dairy Farmers of America is responsible for overseeing quality assurance and laboratory employees to ensure that products meet the highest food safety and quality standards. This role involves monitoring quality activities, coaching team members, and supporting the Quality Manager in maintaining a culture of food safety and compliance within the facility. The supervisor will also act as a resource for direct reports and assist in various quality assurance programs and audits.
